Delete your account

To request deletion of your StepSmash account and associated data, email support@rescuebase.com from the email address associated with your StepSmash account.

For security, we can only process deletion requests that come from the email address on the account. If you use a different address, we’ll ask you to resend the request from the address on file.

In your email, you can write: “Please delete my StepSmash account and all associated data.”
